Building Communities, this eight-page comic tells the story of the importance of hair to Kitt Spata‘s transition and how that led to them founding Youphoria Studios, a sensory friendly and gender affirming independent hair studio in Richmond, Virginia. The anthology project as a whole was a 2025 bronze winner for the Anthem Awards for social impact work in community engagement.

Debuted at the 2023 Massachusetts Indie Comic Expo, where it won a MICE Mini-Grant award, Blue & Red tells the story of an emotionally abusive relationship I was in as a college student. This is a mixed-media memoir of my own experience with how gaslighting can warp your sense of self, and how to move on.

An Instagram-based webcomic that ran from September 2021 to May 2023. I drew and co-wrote the story with my close friend Grey Benton-Hart. Set in suburban Texas in 2012, I Feel Fine follows Micah as she starts 11th grade newly diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I Feel Fine is about living as a queer teenager before gay marriage, surviving high school, and growing up with chronic illness. Now available as a physical print edition!
